Those spiral chutes were removed from outside the Maritime Museum. I noticed a big crane shifting them a couple of weeks ago.
Ohh, i did wonder what they were doing.
I can't imagine it without them now to be honest..
Nice pic Layla :PDT11
Maybe the Culture Company chief executive Jason Harborow has taken it for his back garden.
Excellent pic, Layla.
Lets hope they put the spirals back otherwise u might be one of the last here to take a pic of them :)

Lovely rag-top, Marky. :handclap:

I tried to capture a bit of motion-blur, but the car was too fast for me, so I just caught the rear. I first noticed those banners early last week. I wonder if anyone (Council or Everton F.C.) will have them removed.
Time to play catch-up with the Picture of the day photos...after the Yoliverpool new server move.

So, it's closing down.
I've been there a few times.
Problem was, it was a bit too far for me to walk there, so I'd end up getting the bus to Rapid's.
There's only going to be the chippy left in that block, now that the Queens has closed.
It was still open last week, but I don't know when the final day is.
