You'd think by that list that there's hardly any in South Liverpool.
And what's wrong with the Grafton Rooms?
Oh well, the source is the Liverpool Echo. :)

And yet no mention of these which I think
would look nice if revived though they could be beyond repair.
I can't stand the grafton rooms and the olympia, they're really manky. The railway bridge on west derby road in Tue Brook has recently been replaced, so I'm not quite sure why thats still on there.
And the King Eddie pub's gone so I reckon the echo office windows need cleaning.
Some list that is, i didn"t realise how much Liverpool needed doing up. With
the capital of culture coming up, it will be all false front, like a cowboy town.

Theres no metion of this church/chaple on Netherfield Rd

or The Sefton Pub on the corner of Westminister Rd & Bradewell St
Snap Mandy. I noticed some of the flats in John Bagot close boarded up too.
The Sefton didn't last long as Rooney's did it? It was on fire last weekend when I passed by.
Not that I know of, they could do with filling them and getting some council tax, that's if they're working. Imagine Max coming down that Hampton st with his dodgy brakes.
This eyesore is a grotspot and a blight on a nice pleasant park.

Will it become a victim of the "All come down" syndrome. ??

I think the whole of the Grafton Street,L8 area is terrible!
The whole street is dirty, depressing and the houses are awful
The only redeeming feature is the old house in the middle.
Looks like it was once a cooperage
(will try and get a pic)
Also the waste ground at the bottom of Enid Street that faces onto Windsor Street, L8 is awful, it has been like that since I was a kid.
To be honest, the whole area around Windsor Street is terrible. I have lived around L8 for most of my life, and it is so sad to see the decline of yet more once thriving areas.
I don't know why the Irish pub in Victoria Street hasn't been mentioned.. Its got trees growing out if its windows and water runs down the walls of this rather nice sandstone building. The one next to the Natwest Bank. I'll see if I can get a picture.
