Thanks for the kind words Brian. I've still got hundreds to upload yet, not sure if I do have Queensland street but if I haven't I can put them on my list for my next visit to the LRO. :PDT11

Ha ha, I will, I will. :PDT11
Thanks Ged it's very much appreciated. The wife was born in that street but we can't find any old pictures of it.
Looking at some of those photos brought back some nice memories especially around Vauxhall Rd.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks Brian, it's on the list. :PDT_Piratz_26:
This is on the corner of Norfolk Street/Simpson Street. We could not figure out the name? Anyone know anything about it? I was with Ged, Mart and Johnny when I took these, their as thick as me ha ha.

Looks like 61,63,65
Hooper, to me Spike
Saw Simon o`Brien on T V or a newspaper showing his conversion of an old property into a home.
The front entrance was very similar with the stone over the front door.it`s what I remembered most about it.
Possibie your building is an old flats conversion
Numbers are right Joe! and if I take me specs off and 'squint'! it looks like A.S Hooper. (Perhaps it was the premises of 'Mr Hooper' the 'Cooper'!!!lol
Guinness was based on Norfolk St. and the small building shown in the picture was used by them for some years as the a warehouse used bottle store.
I've no idea what it was used for before Guinness used it.

St George`s Hall floor is uncovered this week for visitors, entrance fee £1.
The balconies are closed though, so a chance is missed to show the floor from a different angle

Great photos. One of the best buildings in the world.
The architect Harvey Lonsdale Elmes also designed Liverpool Collegiate as well as Thingwall Hall.
