I think living there would be somewhat claustrophobic. There was a really nice, tidy terraced house in St Michaels going for £135,000 in a good clean street - a much better buy in my opinion.

It's all been done before at a fraction of the cost to the tenants - ala 50s high rise. It'd no doubt be a novelty but like anything else you'd become blase about it after a while. Personally I couldn't put up with it being a mission to nip out for that pint of milk and where would you sunbathe
