Default New York Dolls

Did anyone see the New York Dolls on the Jonathan Ross Show last night? I was expecting the worse, seeing as there are only two of the original band alive and they're are getting on a bit!

They played a live version of Dance Like A Monkey from their recent album and it really kicked bottom! David Johansen's (aka Buster Poindexter) voice was in good form. I'm looking for a youtube video of their performance, but it's probably too soon to upload.

Here's an earlier performance from the Henry Rollins Show

Been listening to their CD "One Day It Will Please Us to Remember Even This" on the train between Baltimore and DC constantly since I bought it (ironically) in Poole, Dorset, when I was in the UK in May. Incredible stuff. I think this may be their official video of "Dance Like a Monkey":

Check it out!
