Lime Street was originally Lime Kiln Lane.
Where lime was produced.
As has been said, there is still a Limekiln Lane.

Warrington's got a Lovely Lane, and Burtonwood's got Joy Lane ... a pleasure to drive on both I'm sure

St Helens has got the odd-sounding Pocket Nook Street in the district of Fingerpost.

Leather Lane off Dale Street is an interesting name, so named apparently because of the leather workers that worked in the area, one of whom was the father of Liverpool-born 18th century artist George Stubbs.

Paradise Street is another great name.

Poverty Nook was at the bottom of Dungeon Lane in Oglet -- more a placename of a locality than a street though.

There was probably a lady or two named "Violet Street"

There is or was a Violet Street in Toxteth that ran between Whitaker Street and Stananought Street near the corner of Upper Hill Street and Windsor Street. See
