The lower-case (i) is as good as a spelling mistake I think.

What worries me (being in this sort of area at work) is who these are actually aimed at? And who provides them?

No doubt they get a grant from the council per "student" enrolled !!

You'd be surprised the amount of money thrown around by various agencies to 'whom the criteria' fits....
