e mail problem

i cant send e mail. when i go through out ex wizard when i get to pop server question i put incoming pop 3 outgoing smpt a box appears saying cannot recognise pop server, please explain as simple as poss where i am going wrong before i go of my head, thanks.:unibrow::unibrow:

Check with your Internet Service Provider that the server information you are entering for Incoming POP3 and Outgoing SMTP are correct.

don,t worry jayboy, I have never been able to use mine since I got the computer, I just have three other mailboxes.:)
