these fabulous specimens are at the LT museums depot at Acton. visiting this place a couple of years ago made me yearn for the old Large Objects Museum. it's only open at set times and you have to book ahead, but it's well worth it. Buses and tube trains...I was in my element.

Remember the large objects store well! , restored a few of our buses there.

I'm rather mesmorised why Merseytravel have moved that U boat as a tourist attraction ,and are opening another beatle museum at the Pier head

I'm sure we could have given them a much better dispaly of over 50 local buses!
That actually operated in Merseyside!
