Is Merseyside in the view quinc?

Aye, Quincy, fine photograph but I think we should move it elsewhere to another thread. As the instructions for this thread state, "The aim is to capture and post 366 (leap year) pictures of Liverpool and Merseyside throughout 2008."

Happy St. David's Day, Quincy.

Sefton Park, Liverpool. Nobody seems to have told the duck about the thin ice !! The park is undergoing extensive renovation at the moment with many trees being chopped down. This is causing great concern amongst many people.

Re: Sefton park pic. That pile of rocks looks like the site of one of the fountains. I've seen something similar on old postcards.

It looks very nice, but I'm glad I'm not a blind person trying to find my way around.
(I get grumpier as I get older, or perhaps I don't like the posers sitting outside Starbucks.)

[Our Albert out for a ride

Beautiful.

Useless bit of info for the day:
Albert's horse has all four feet on the ground.
Only heroes were allowed to have one of the four legs raised off the ground.
And Monarchs, because Victoria's horse has one leg raised.

Great pics everyone.

Why not send the suggestion to the operators of the Duck Bus and when they give you loads of free tickets we can all come along for a trip.
