BURNS NIGHT
There once was a drunken Scotsman
Who had a liking for the Lassies
But when their husband went out
He was in there making passes
Now he wondered how to woo them
And found that writing ditties
Was a really great way
To get hold of their...... wealth
So many years have passed now
And poor Rabbie has turned to ashes
But ever single New Year's night
We sing his words and clink glasses
One night a year the Haggis hides
For it's Lorded far and wide
And with a dram the world rejoices
As Rabbies words abide
