Help...anyone!

Hello i am a Big Brookside fan actually running a Campaign.

Now what it is, i need help with something, I am actually in contact with a Brookside cast member and he wants me to make him a copy of the Final Episode to show his Daughters. Now i have downloaded the full final episode from 4oD and i have checked its details and it says the file is protected, And when i got to use it on Nero burning rom to burn it to a disc it says *unsupported file format*..

Is their any special way i can change this?
