I had a month in the Lakes on the Duke of Edinbourgh O B M Course in 1955 I`ve been in love with them ever since, so much so my wife says if the district had been a woman I`d have married it. I have longed to live up there. We moved to a new house over 40 years and guess what the whole estate is called after the lake names so I can now say I do live in the lake district. To keep Kev smiling heres the Langdale Pikes I know it`s not Langdale St.http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee283/exactavarex/image002-10.jpg lindylou 12-31-2007, 04:27 PM aah, that's nice that you ended up in 'the lake district' after all :unibrow: ... sort of - it must have been fate :D Nice photo.
