Love is that feeling deep in your soul when you know she is right for you.
Love is that first kiss and feeling of your heart pounding as you ran home.
Love is when she said I do and you committed to each other.
Love is that first sign of life when your unborn baby kicks.
Love is the sleepless nights as crying helpless hunger overtakes her.
Love is watching her first laugh, first words, first steps, first day at school.
Love is helping the homework questions a thousand times
Love is watching them grow and flourish.
Love is wiping that tear from her cheek when she doesn’t win
Love is letting them make their mistakes and being there to help them recover
Love is letting them find their love and being happy for them.
Love is giving with no expectation of reward.
Love is still being there when things are rough.
Love is being together through all of this and that love growing each and every day.

Love is unconditional.

Love is unconditional.

Many can't understand that bit.

The last words of the last song the Beatles ever recorded together were very apt:

"The love you make, is equal to the love you take"

In short, you get nothing for nothing.

Ok - Waterworks ;)

Someone said it's gone quiet on here.

Firstly those lyrics are the wrong way around.

Secondly, that was just the running order of an album, it wasn't the last song recorded together.

Love is?

I just write what comes into my head or from my heart.
I'm not quoting lyrics or anything else.

Unconditional love? I can't explain it I just know it is.

You can never tell what impact you make make on anothers life by your actions or lack of action. Consider this in your venture through life.

Imagine there is a bank that credits your account each morning with £86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening it deletes whatever part of the balance that you failed to use during the day.

What would you do? Draw out every penny of course! Each of us has such a bank. Its name is time. Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds, every night it writes it off as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no balance, it allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you, each night it burns off the remains of the day. If you fail to use the days deposit, the loss is yours - there is no going back. There is no drawing against 'tomorrow' - it may never come. You must live in the present day's deposits. Invest it so as to get the utmost in health, happiness and success. The clock is running, so make the most of today.

To help you....

To realise the value of 1 year, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realise the value of 1 month, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
To realise the value of 1 day, ask a daily wage labourer with kids to feed.
To realise the value of 1 hour, ask the lovers waiting to meet.
To realise the value of 1 minute, ask a person who has just missed the train.
To realise the value of 1 second, ask a person who has just avoided an accident.
To realise the value of 1 milli-second, ask the athlete who won silver at the Olympics.

Treasure every moment that you have and treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time.

And remember time waits for no-one.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift which is why we call it the present.

I thought of this whilst on the toilet - blooody curry!!!
