station interesting facts - help!

Hi,

I have been asked to provide interesting facts on Merseyrails current stations for work. These can be historical features, useage information or physical stats. The only thing I know at the moment is the tale of Schreeching Ginny! I thought your forum may be able to help?

Any ideas?

Using the search facility typing in train, rail, stations etc, you'll find a few threads by other rail enthusiasts which it may be worth posting on. Good luck.
