Thank you everyone for your support. Steven was my inspiration for stopping smoking when I met up with him during the summer and has been my rock along with my husband these last few days.

I have kept an unopened pack of 20 cigs in the cupboard. They have been there since last Feb.

I find I can cope better if I know I can put my hand on one if I crumble ! :)

Thank you everyone for your support, but, today is the first day that I have found it really hard. So hard that infact this morning I was nearly going to the shop to buy a packet, but, I didnt. During the day was ok cause I was at work but tonight again Im getting uptight again.
