I did not have a lot of time to take pics ( i was at a christening and very hung over ) but i got a few here........

I will be going back so more will follow.

what i wanted to photo most where the Famine statues. i went there with a group of my family. many in high spirits as we looked forward to a great day out. it was amazing to see the impact the statues had on them. everyone was very sombre. it really is a moving place. If you have Irish blood in your ancestry, then its likely your ansestors walked where the statues are.

must apologise for these deleted posts - the board seems to be acting up.
When I tried to edit my posts they came up as deleted
Wonder if it's the board and not Photobucket that is at fault ?

I'm noticing that sometimes I have to click on the threads 2 or 3 times before they open.
