How do you 'Embed' a YouTube video, rather than post the link.

It looks better when the video appears as a still image, ready to play.

Photobucket video sort of works, but that embeds an image of he video, and redirects to a link to your video on Photobucket.

If you are nifty with code, Quick manipulation of the embed code allows you to open the video in a player via a new tab or window when you click the image....;)
