If you don't mind me asking, is your last name actually Zappa or is that just a screen name and an attestation of your admiration for the late Frank Zappa? By the way, Matt who you met on these boards came over to Baltimore from London to attend Dweezil's concert the same time this mayoral proclamation was issued.

Yes he is. He died here in mysterious circumstances in October 1849 and is buried in the Westminster cemetery at the corner of Greene and Fayette Streets.
