A man named Iain Taylor has researched the WW2 names on the Liverpool Institute War memorial ( Now the Paul McCartney school of performing arts ) He has kindly allowed his work to be included on the Wartime Website

Fred Crane has included the work on the Liverpool Institute website. Iain and Fred are ex School boys of the Institute. You can read the history of the war memorial and the school on Fred's Website.

Hello Tony

Wonderful to see this information and thanks to Iain Taylor for his fine research and for letting you put the information on your Liverpool Wartime website.

As it is with any war memorial, it is depressing to see name after name of all these young men who died without fully living out their lives. Good though to see that they are not forgotten.

Cheers

Chris
