Hello Guys,

Selling my Minolta AF 100mm F/2.8 Macro lens.

Got this lens a year or so back but hardly use it. It's in great condition, the box however has got some wear and tear. Have to admit I don't know a whole lot about it as I'm probably not as technically minded as the rest of you professional photographers out there!

Indeed! But alas, you're paying for it being within Liverpool.

If you were to pick one up for $450 (£278) and ordered that online from the states, you'd then have to pay for courier services which in this circumstance would be airmail so, say 30-40$. Then you've gotta include the possible tax charge on delivery as well as the 1-2 weeks it would take to get here without actually knowing if the lens is functional or not.

This is a discontinued lens, therefore reasonably rare. I'd say the price is justified and there's always room for bargaining.

In the main, I had hoped to clarify the technical and operational 'wonders' of the lens. For you and my fellow Yo-sers.
But...
If it is to be all about price and availability. You have it, you have little or no use for it.
I am sure those interested parties here will be able to bring you around to their way of thinking and a deal could be struck.
