As we celebrate our wonderful city let's not forget The University of Liverpool (and other teaching establishments). They are world class contributors to the betterment of mankind.
Recently I was at the graduation ceremonies of several hundred students; mostly medical or veterinary, at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
All of those wonderful talented and very brave youngsters (they had climbed an academic Everest) who have breathed life into our young city these past years, are now the plasters for the human and animal world's little and big ailments.
Bless every one of them. Good luck and best wishes and thank you with a big hug to The University of Liverpool. We the citizens of Liverpool are so proud of you.

Interesting to find out the University of Liverpool has a Veternarian course.. Good luck to all those graduates.. I know a couple of friends who would of loved to have gone there if they had known.. Well, thanks for sharing that.... :handclap:

I 2nd that. Liverpool Uni is one of the best in the UK. I was proud to
be there many years ago, Iam only sorry that I never finished the course.
Yes the Uni does a vet course along with it,s small animal hospital in
Crown St, and the large animal at Leahurst on the Wirral

Yes it was Liverpool Uni that brought me to Liverpool, had its faults but t'is a great place. Opening the Victoria Building to the public will be great, it's a lovely place :handclap:
