i thought the shout box was used for loading of icons click on an icon then press shout to load it

There are lots of issue that could be effecting it. If it works in your work, then I would assume its a problem with your home PC. Try deleting cookies etc....

I spent most of last night "deleting" cookies, the chocolate chip variety :unibrow:

Plenty of beer deleting for me.
