Anyone recommend a certain one? I'm looking to purchase one but I'm not sure.

My daughter has a 2gig Tevion Ipod look-a-like from Aldi which is pretty good. Most Tevion products have Samsung or LG components so you can't go too wrong with them.

It depends on what you want out of it, direct encoding, OGG, flash drive or hard drive, colour screen, SD card expansion etc.
Try these people, I have used them a couple of times and delivery is next day if it is in stock and the prices are as good as anywhere else.

Depends what u want out of it.

Is it for u or someone else ?
Is physical size important ?
How many song do u want it to hold ?
Do u want to make a fashion statement ?

I've got an old creative zen touch, no colour screen, holds 20Gb (which I've never filled) but it does everything u'd want a player to do. If I was buying a new one then I'd probably go for a creative Zen:Vision M, again because it holds loads.

My cousin got a Sansa e270 recently, it's small and holds 6GB. Cost around about £90.

I don't like ipod mainly because of itunes or maybe it's just coz I'm stubborn. I really don't like the sony players I've seen either again my personal preference.

Sorry if thats not much help. Lets us know what u get
