LIVERPOOL FC’s new American owners will have to bankroll a new rail link if they want to increase the capacity of the new Stanley Park stadium beyond 60,000, it has emerged.

I'm sure that once they need to it'll be done. An increase of 15000 fans or more if they get the go ahead to increase to 76000 plus will more than cover the cost of the upgrade.

Maybe the local bus companies could actually put buses on after the game. About 10 years ago they had numerous buses on both Oakfield Rd (as the 26/27 via Shiel Rd into town) and on Breck Road into town. Now its just the normal service buses.

Not that i normally get out of a pub near the ground till about 11pm mind.
