For the former,HMV and Virgin,with Probe Records on Slater St for more esoteric/obscure stuff. Used records can be had from Hairy Records [Bold St],Cult Vinyl [in the new Quiggins on Renshaw St,in Central Hall],another shop further along Renshaw St that sells all sorts of "stuff",and further out there's the Musical Box on West Derby Rd,supposedly the oldest record shop in Liverpool.
