Just broke today an ex pat Englishman after being in Australia since he was 6 years old ( he is now 56 he was unemployed and broke into a bank to feed and clothers his family, never took the offer up from his parent's to take out Australian residency 53 years ago he is married with an young Australian family, both his parents are deceased) after his case has been though all the legal court's in Australia, is due to be deported back to the country of his birth which was the North of England, But he has one last slim chance, his case as gone to the english privvy councel which can rule on an old English law dating back to the 1600's where If the said prisoner has resided in a country other than that of his birth and has no living relatives there ( his wish has got to be to pray he has NO livng reatives in the uk), he can to be deemed to come under this law which the country stated must uphold this law, Australian constution lawers are trying to find if they can mount a case to repeal if it goes against them, the privvy councel ruled recently that a comedy company was banned to take the mickey out of the royal family at the forthcoming wedding

Hi liverpoolkid2, Australia are able to deport scum like him because they are not dictated to by a bunch of unelected gangsters like we are, namely the United States of Europe. We have, through successive Prime Ministers, lost control of our Law and Immigration, our Courts are servile to the European Court who dictate that we are unable to deport violent criminals and terrorists. People moan about this state of affairs but continue to vote for the three main Political Parties, who have no intention of bucking the status quo, because they will ultimately get on the gravy train that is the feeding trough for the pigs of Brussels.

Vote UKIP, and get control of our country back.

Thank's for that Smallaxe, WOW I forgot all about that post, but I did follow it up a couple of months later and found out he was deported back to the northwest of England ( and he didn't have any relitives there) and because of his young Australian family he would be allowed to re-submitt his application after 5 years based on the Australian Goverment of the day and "PROVIDING HE HAS A CLEAN POLICE RECORD IN THE UK"
