New development near the junction of East Lancs Rd/Stonebridge. Glad to see these flats getting knocked down! :034:

On the opposite side of the lancs there will be business/retails units. Looking forward to this area being done up as it is in a bad way, and one of the main routes into the city for a lot of visitors.

Yeah thanks for your help with the activation!
My son introduced me to the site a few months ago and ive been reading with interest - and as my job allows me to travel around liverpool i thought i would take a few photos and share them!

The properties look a little bit like New Heartlands/ Love Liverpool Live Liverpool (like on Wirral). Is Croccy under NHlds?

Thanks Wallasey,am not sure if under NHlds,Liverpool Land in charge,expect retail to look something like speke development opposite old airport building.Residential side mixed ownership housing.I will post more pics as work in progress.
