Caterina ..

"Blind Scouse" is the left over scouse from the previous day with the Meat taken out.
A recipe I do not have, just memories of my Mam & Gran.
Scouse in our house was made from the left over Mutton from Sunday Dinner which we had on Monday. Blind Scouse we had on Tuesday from the left overs of Monday.
That was most weeks if we could afford the Mutton
ps:- Pork was never on the menu as Gran said it gave us "Tape Worm". yuk
