More than a bit late with this, but I've only just heard of the passing of Keith Fordyce, who some will remember as the co-presenter of "Ready,Steady,Go",and the original "Sounds of the Sixties" D.J.,among many other shows! Apparently,he'd been suffering from alzeimers, before he died,aged 83,on the 22nd of March.

I always thought he looked out of place on R.S.G. but he did know his stuff!

Keith Fordyce, the friend of a friend
aged 83 apparently has met his sad end
of those learned in popular music, he was on top
from 'Ready Steady Go' to: "Right then, off you pop."

Keith Fordyce and Cathy McGowan we'd see
chatting up all the Sixties pop stars on TV:
The four moptops, John, Paul, George, and Ringo,
and Cilla, Dusty, and Mick baby, on Ready Steady Go!

Keith Fordyce (1928-2011) RIP

I'll give it foive. (out of foive)

[I have a short 'Dusty' story. In that I needed to phone Micky Most about her and found him to be most accommodating, helpful, charming and knowledgeable. An all round decent guy.]

N.B. Cilla alert!

{I have to go find the whole of Paint It Black now. :)}
