English is obviously not the questioner's first language, but I couldn't figure out if the first person was male or female, and I don't agree with giving names with addresses out on the net, but this seems incorrect anyway.
Look at the postcode.
Besides, there's no Ericmoore Road.

I agree about addresses Phil, but the poor mite was hanging by a fred... by a fred mate, waiting for some kind sole here on our forum, where we are all a good bunch of people, so Wato tells us, to reply to an urgent call for help mate. Many thanks to all who did a look up for me, it's odd that 44 is not listed, it was on the electoral rolls from 1924 to 1939, but the name was printed as Ufferson and, because I can't find any other references to this name, I wanted an alternative source to check if this was correct. Walnut St was demolished in 1953 because the properties were in a bad state of repair.

Besides, the whole thing doesn't look very good if the address is fake does it?... anyways, Good luck sweetie, hope you find what u looking for, just one last piece of advise? if things look too good to be true, it's because it is. don't let them fool you. Not sure what email from what lady you're referring to.
This thread started with a post that I don't think is a scam, but, to be polite, there's something very odd about it.

Obviously, if an email from somebody you don't know does mention a large sum of money, anybody with any sense knows that the sender wants something, if not money, then your personal details, which they can misuse.

I simply wanted to thank this forum... Heh... I almost got in the trouble.
I was searching for a job as au-pair. Last week I got this message:
"Hello am seeking for a good and nice aupair / nanny i will like to know if you have a valid visa to work in uk london kindly get back to me asap cos i will like you to be my aupair / nanny thanks.

I was glad to that... The further e-mails made me feel a bit strange and I decided to learn as much as I can about it all... Yesterday I found your site and was shocked to what I read...
