i was there in 1989 for 11 months and im trying to find what happened to the unit n where n who the girls are so if u was there plz get in touch or if u no what happened to the building plz let me no

The home was demolished in the late 80's/very early 90's and Lime Close estate was built on the grounds. I haven't got a clue where the residents were located to. I know a lad who used to deliver the papers there :ninja:

The facebook link is a very good start. All I could discover was that near the end these places 'catered' for more and more youngsters who were having a bad time at home rather than the older scallies that were there to begin with. :)
You're not wrong Oudeis. It ended up as a kind of home rather than a secure unit as they were free to come and go as it seemed.
