Anyone else affected this morning? Woke up at about 7am to hear all the alarms go off on people's houses and our electric smoke alarm chirping through a lack of power.

Yes, we were. Alarm's still knackered, changed the big rechargable battery in the system box and there's still no power to the control panel, just the number pad's back-lit. I knew I should have put it on maintenance when we moved in :disgust:. Does anyone know of any reliable Nacoss approved alarm engineers? We used to use Saturn but they're usually busy and the appointment time can be someway off, especially as it isn't their system.
