Help needed tracing Liverpool footage

I am currently drafting the script for an amatuer film set in 1974 during the Liverpool homecoming with the FA Cup. I have come across this footage on YouTube, from which I would like to incorporate the Liverpool tourbus footage (about 2 minutes into the film).

Does anybody know who shot the original cine footage and where I could get hold of a higher resolution copy that that on YouTube?

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks John, I did PM SexPistols via YouTube but go no reply. However, they have responded to a post against the video, so lets hope I can get hold of it.
If anybody else has similar (or the same) footage that they would allow me to use I would be most grateful.
