Hi - During the 1970's I was in a band called Hark Matilda (http://harkmatilda.tripod.com/) - we played in and around Liverpool and despite some up and downs it was great experience and one which has lasted with me since those heady days.
Wondered if there are any other members which may have been in a band and have a website which is nit well publicised but would be of interest to other members.
For me, the Hark Matilda website is written from my memories of that era but - despite the fcats which are correct - is also written a wee bit tongue in cheek.
Have a look and see whay you think....

Great stuff Maddie.
I'm too young to remember you - and that's tongue in cheek too - me arse cheek.
I was in a group from 1980 - 82 and played just about every pub/club in Liverpool that had live music on and have done in our new band since the last few years and I mean the Cavern, The Casbah, Adelphi, Flanagans, Mitre, Throstles, Daleys, Erics/Bradys, Mayflower, Gatsbys, Whispers, Cains etc - first as none plussed 18 year olds and now as arl farts aged 40 odd.
Here's our stuff.

When we were playing way back we were up against the likes of Mojo Filter, DejaVu, Afraid of Mice, Blue Vein and the like.
All a bit o' fun, we've given up on Top of the pops, especially since it's no more :(

what about DRAMA
Cozzy, I knew I knew that name Drama.
Thanks for the PM.
Mick the mole on drums - who replaced me.
I remember seeing you's in the Cumberland and you sang a mean 'Dodo' - I was really impressed.
Fantastic mate.
What a pity there's no sound to that Shewsy gig. You might know Robbie's been playing in Spain for years and Colin was teaching guitar in Holy Cross and now plays out and about with their Brian.
