Council bosses are going to extraordinary lengths to keep their salaries secret...
The best-paid official in local government last year was the head of Liverpool City Council, Sir David Henshaw. In his final year in office, he was paid more than £360,000.

Unfortunately, it is something that happens in all the places of the planet. And if really there is life in Mars, assurance that they also have problems with the speculations in urban development areas, the waiting-lists in the hospitals, etc. C´est la vie, unfortunately!!
