Was a match not very good. I was hope more.
Its always difficult in these situations, do we try to increase the lead or protect 3-0? If before the 1st leg somebody told me we'd win 4-0 on aggregate I'd be happy.
I hoped for more goals tonight, but the last 4 in Europe for the 2nd time in 3 years - LFC have come a long way under Benitez. Compare this to Houllier who towards the end of his reign claimed just qualifying for the Champions League every 2-3 years was sufficient.

I refer to that it was not a very intense game. We win, but I was waiting for me more. I do not speak about goals, speak about action. In addition initially, there was enough dirty game.

Decent result but not a great game, I agree, Marie. If Gerrard and Carragher had been playing they might have played with more resolve. In retrospect, it probably was a good decision to rest both players and not risk any injuries or cards for them. Go, Reds!
Chris
I think Bellamy going off was a factor too, the rest of the players had to slow down to Fowler's pace.

Gnomie, I think it's so nice that you, as a Blue, wish good luck to LFC.
That's being a gentleman and a good sportsman. :PDT11
I always tell my son about the importance of being a 'good sport' and I showed him your post as a good example. :)
