Dear Maria Eagle,
The total debts of NHS Trusts that are causing severe cuts to be made to health services across the country are now estimated to be £1.3 billion.

You will shortly be asked to vote to approve the extra £2.5 billion each year (net) Tony Blair has pledged to pay the EU. This is twice the money the NHS needs to stop the cuts. It is also on top of the generous £3.5 billion a year we already pay the EU, despite the fact that auditors have failed the EU's accounts due to errors in the 'majority of EU expenditure' for an unjustifiable twelve years running.

Please tell me; are you going to stand up for public services and against EU waste, by voting against the EU budget deal? If not, please tell me where you suggest the £1.3 billion that hospitals need is going to come from.
