They dont film this easyjet fly on the wall programme from Liverpool now, just Bristol and Luton, but you can still catch the old Liverpool ones on Sky Travel.
In some ways its enough to put you off flying with them for good, but the stupidity/arrogance of some of the customers is overwhelming.
Tonight on ITV someone has turned up without photo ID, despite it cleaarly being specified when you book. But instead of accepting their error its "stupid people in orange suits who think were arms exporters"
In another episode some idiot turned up on 7th July when he had mistakenly booked for 7th August and his attitude was he was standing at check in till they got him on other flights.
Another arrogant chap knowingly came along with his ten year old sons passport which was a month out of date and took on the attitude of "in Switzerland they just wave you through so whats the problem". When he was told to go to the passport office and get a new passport and they'd let him on that nights flight for no extra charge was he grateful? Of course not it was jobsworths who were stopping him get off to his family holiday.
The programme is a classic example that the phrase "the customer is always right" is a load of nonsense
