Well I think it's more of a shame than a scandal but Kenny regen have just spent a whole bunch of money, best part of half a million quid reurbishing the shops on kensington, but what they've ommitted to do is anything to the rear of the shops, which are basically falling down, the equivalent of window dressing or even papering over the cracks......read the blog for more details including the amazing before and after photos you wont believe your eyes.....
