Will be quite funny seeing how people react to being shouted at. Much more effective though would be if the resources were available to get police officers round there to arrest offenders or give penalty notices on the spot.

They should have Ken Dodd telling jokes on em! Imagine that. Walking past one and a voice shouts out to some lady 'ho ho hello missus how discomknockerated I am'! :eek: :)

We need an alternative Youtube. Videoing snatch squads of Dads who roam around their patch, picking up the local male scum and terrifying them into seeing the wrong of their ways, until they cry like little girls.

No irony or sarcasm was hurt in this post. I'm serious la!

Will it lead to more convictions when a crimes filmed in action? If so can be very beneficial.
