Walking down Church Street the other day I saw the first of the new Neon lamposts. The council should be congratulated on this, however, what struck me is how low they were. Wouldn't it make sense to have them higher up away from mischievious hands?

Are they the rotating things with images on? I saw them yesterday and thought they looked cool.
