They'll be smartin' after the drubbing at GOODison and will want to put things 'right'.

As good as Johnson is, I thought we only came to life today after Anichebe came on and didn't waste time in winning that penalty. Unsworth as we know can win high balls pumped in all day but as soon as someone ran at him on the floor, we equally know how suspect he could be and that uncone them.

Neville only put one good ball in all day but it was good enough for the 2nd.

Liverpool have hit form now so it should make for a good un'

I usually look at the glass as half empty and I'm convinced Liverpool's near perfect home record will come undone some time and its bleedin' typical that the Blues will do it. On the other hand, if I look at the glass as half full, Liverpool need to avenge that 3-0 defeat and a real tonking could be on the cards.

Let's face it, there is NO way that Everton can have the luck that they had at Woodison earlier in the season.

Come on now, surely one of them wasn't down to sloppy defending ?

All in all Everton took their chances well but you have to admit that even though we didn't play that well we still had most of the chances and controlled most of the game.

But dems da breaks, I just don't think our forwards will be as accomodating at Anfield.

Pity you won't be able to take that "Rafa Beneathus" banner though eh ? :Colorz_Grey_PDT_16:

I beg to differ about who had the best chances but that's football -talking points. I just wish we had a kings ransom to spend every summer, then we could brag about being four places above those without :Colorz_Grey_PDT_16:

I'd say that we have got a LOT more to brag about than the 4 places and 11 points that we have over our cash strapped neighbours Ged.

Not that we are ones to brag mind.:Colorz_Grey_PDT_16:

We will see what we have to brag about at the end of the match on February 3. It seems to me that the season has had many ups and downs despite the present excellent Prem home form and the improved away record.

I fancy our chances in the derby Chris but to be honest the games against Barca a couple of weeks later mean much more.
