It was set up by Liverpool City Council.
A Google Search shows nearly all of the 98 hits mention the 1978 book "Buildings of Liverpool" which was published by them, but nothing else.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it lasted very long.

Thanks Philip
I thought that too...
seems crazy we don't really have anything like that!
Plus, I was gonna hound them for a J.O.B!!:celb (6):

Hi Ged

I am assuming though that the Liverpool Heritage Forum, founded as they say in 1995, is a separate entity to Liverpool Heritage that put out the book Buildings of Liverpool in 1978. Can anyone confirm that?

Chris

Why should you take it that I know about the Liverpool Heritage Forum?
I didn't, and thank you for the link.

This refers to the info supplied, and a glance at the article about Theatres shows that they are repeating other people's mistakes.

I think it was disbanded in the early 80s due to "reorganisation" (the usual bollocks). I'll ask Robin Riley (Missinformed may recall him from her LADT days) next week when I see him. There's nothing this man doesn't know about Liverpool.

It's always been mental. Same if you google Liverpool photographs (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGGL,GGGL:2006-27,GGGL:en&q=liverpool+photographs).Top of the shop there too. Don't mention Dave William's bluddy Liverpool Views (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&rls=GGGL%2CGGGL%3A2006-27%2CGGGL%3Aen&q=liverpool+views&btnG=Search) though!:Colorz_Grey_PDT_24: I'm only third and fourth in Google's search results for that one.
