Donny Tourette has escaped from the Big Brother house by scaling the garden fence, after just 48 hours inside.

The singer with punk band the Towers of London left the house on Friday night after refusing to act as a servant to fellow contestant Jade Goody.

Jade, a former Big Brother star, entered the celebrity version with her mum Jackiey and boyfriend Jack Tweedy.

Donny was one of eight celebrities forced to wait on Jade, her family and three other contestants.

They were moved into Victorian-style servants' quarters in a separate section of the house following a vote, allowing the other contestants to live in luxury.

Breach of rules

A spokesman for Big Brother has confirmed Donny will not be returning to the house saying a "fundamental rule" was broken as he made contact with the outside world.

Donny reportedly asked former Steps star Ian 'H' Watkins to help him over the fence, at around 2330 GMT.

Ian then told the housemates: "Donny's just legged it over the fence! He said he's not waiting on Jade! He's gone!", the show's website reported.

Earlier, the housemates had been instructed to choose three people to remain in the house. Director Ken Russell, former Jackson 5 member Jermaine Jackson and Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty were picked to live in luxury.

Jade and her family, who arrived late on Friday night, also joined the three stars in the main house.

Their arrival marks the first time a family has entered the Big Brother household.

Mother-of-two Jade came fourth in the 2002 series of Big Brother, but has since become the most successful contestant of all time.

I not watched much of it to be honest Kev, I missed the Donny and Ken walk outs. Donny am not bothered about, he was a lightweight trying to be Sid Vicious. He came in swearing and effing, but Ken (whos 79) did it before him taking the piddle out of Pete Bennett lol. I've got a mate in work who is a Pakistani and all we do all day is wind each other up in the best possible way about everything and nothing. Some of our comments could really offend but we've known each other for years. I'm sure if HR were to hear us, we'd both be given the cat o nine tails.

Incidently, I've got someone else who is a very good friend and follows a different religion and we politely offend each other all the time about whose religion is 'better' always tongue in cheek. Why is it that as soon as someone makes a comment to someone of a different colour, it's classed as racism? CHANNEL 4 must not be permitted to shirk its responsibilities over a programme now ****ed around the world as Celebrity Big Bigot.

The show has proved hugely profitable for the station. Viewers enjoyed watching the back-stabbing and back-slapping of housemates then calling or texting money-spinning numbers to evict guests.

Good, honest fun until the current series took a nasty turn with serious allegations of bullying and racist abuse.

Channel 4 and the production company behind CBB cannot take the coward's way out, ignoring behaviour that would be unacceptable anywhere else.

Contestants need to be booted out immediately if guilty of racism. TV regulator Ofcom must force the channel to act if the station sticks its head in the sand.

And decent viewers can take matters into their own hands. They have the power in their remote controls to switch off as coverage sinks into the gutter, mutating into an ugly spectacle no one could call entertainment.

This is what annoys me about today's TV:

Soaps where everybody shouts at each other.
Cookery programmes with foul-mouthed chefs.

Honestly Lindy,
after I wrote this I went back to bed and dreamt about it.
I was sent into the big brother house. On my arrival everyone was nice to me.... then the sides formed and I was shunned because I spoke with Shilpa and a few others.
I found the baddies sitting in a darkened room discussing other housemates.... I was looking for a vacuum because the bedrooms were minty... I was also looking under the sink for some polish and noticed they had very little cleaning products... Only then did I explode... Calling Danielle thick and shouting at the other 2. I was worried about getting into trouble with the police when I got outside the house as I thought I was going to skulldrag the 3 of them.
Danielle listened and showed remorse and helped me hoover the bedroom.... The other 2 carried on the hate campaign - If anyone can help my puddled mind to sort out some meaning from this dream... hey, I can carry on my day :D

Apart from that, I still want to strangle them :)

Jade Goody is not expected to receive a friendly reception when she leaves the Celebrity Big Brother house – but she has been promised a warm welcome in India.

Goody is at the centre of the storm about alleged racist bullying of her fellow contestant, Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty.

But despite making headlines in India for her behaviour towards Shetty on the Channel 4 reality TV show, Goody has now been invited to visit the country.

In an advertisement placed in several of today’s national newspapers - including the Guardian and the Daily Telegraph – the India Tourism Office extends her a welcoming hand.

In an illustration of the old maxim that all publicity is good publicity, the office takes the opportunity to boast of India’s “bustling cosmopolitan cities”, “snow-clad mountains” and “long sandy coastlines”.

The open letter “to Jade Goody and friends” reads: “Dear Jade Goody. Once your current commitments are over, may we invite you to experience the healing nature of India.

Its the media that stirred up the 'racism' issue.

And if people think that Shilpa is sensitive when they were mocking her accent or were she comes, when Liverpool is mocked (by Harry Enfeild most notably) a lot of Scousers were up in arms. And when the Viz comic did a 'Boy Scouse' comic strip, the Echo was besieged by complaints. And various comedians have felt the wrath also when they crack a joke at Liverpudlians expense. How many times have you seen or read people quoting 'we don't need this stereotyping, were capital of culture'. If they said Danielle robs, there would be a front page headlining in the Echo demanding action

But i don't think Jade was racist, or the others for that matter. But it is definate bullying and Jealousy which should of been stopped or sorted out by the producers. Conflict is one thing, but 4 on one fights going over nearly a week is uncomfortable viewing.
