This sounds like this will suit the anti tall building brigade more than anyone.

Totallly disgusting. There is no need to clutter the centre with cars and road access for them, when an excellent public transport system is there. Those who buy the flats will know they have no parking space. The developers have taken all this into account as well.

The city is run by fools.

The city is run by fools. Then, at the next election, offer yourself as a candidate to replace them.

That won't work, no-one votes and no-one cares, the city's always been run by fools and always will.
That's why Liverpool will never, ever reach anywhere near its full potential.
