I am now getting about 7mbs download, don't seem to see much difference, what has been other peoples experiences of upgrading to faster download speeds?

I wouldn't go back to dial-up. My '7.6 mb' broadband is ok by me.

Me too John, I think my problem is with my modem. Its allows for 1mb upload and only 4mb download, despite my line being 7mb. I'll upgrade soon.

I have just hit 8mb for the first time
