Probably on the juice.

The guy he fights in it is a real professional fighter too.

Hollywood is never able to let a good thing go. . . always after to make another sequel. Bah, humbug! :Colorz_Grey_PDT_24:

I saw the first Rocky film when I was 13 and thought it was great. I even created my own version at the time using a Super 8 cine camera. The general feelings amongst audiences in the States for Rocky Balboa (VI) is very positive, with a number of 40 somethings reliving their youth (a bit like Sly Stallone!). As corny as these films are, it looks as though nostalgia is back in fashion again, I may even visit FACT for a sneak peak.

I cheated and watched it the other night, loved it! Even if his face does look like a chewed toffee he has still got it :celb (23):

Training scenes.

Haha, watching Stallone's clean and jerk lift, the one he lifts In the air Is what made me think I should change to power lifting over normal weight exercises.

I started to think about It because I wasn't as good on Bench press as I normally was and I was getting angry and I get mad when something I set out goes wrong(haha read this Is symptoms of austism which weirdly I might have).

The Bench Press problem for me seems hot and cold where I either need a little more spotting or a I can do It clean. It was just on the 115kg set, It was on the 60kg, 90 and 100kg sets I do which was usually easy and partly It's the grip for me too, as my hands might slide a bit or I don't balance It properly.

It's just when It's low, the higher It Is the easier and cleaner I do.

Starting to feel the power liftings effects In my forearms and top arms.:PDT_Piratz_26:

Also, don't listen to that crap about how weights slow you down.:Colorz_Grey_PDT_24: Weights when done right Improve twitch fibers In your muscles for more explosiveness. Plus I'm fast with my hands and have been lifting since 15.:PDT_Aliboronz_24:
