I remember my dad telling me about a character called Chris Cringle.
Was he a predessor (sp?) to Santa Claus?
Or was he a criminal of some sort? I cant remember. and i can't find anything online...

Missy, It is kris kringle and I think he is an American invention, I never heard of him 'till I came to the USA. :)
