On a more serious note - these LEGO robots are great for kids to learn programming - they are programmed via bluetooth with a graphical programming language, and the kids get an instant feedback on how the program works by watching the actions of the robot.
Last week I was Chief Judge at the Tuscon regionals of the national Lego Robotics competion. I was good to watch teams of 8-13 year olds learn and interact with the robots.....:PDT11
